Hi there! We’re so glad you’re here!

shineup-group

Thanks for stopping by our little corner of the internet! A few years ago, two moms dreamt up a company where stories were shared, beauty was created, and people were inspired to live with purpose. Three years, two designers, and 2,070 cups of coffee later, ShineUP Living was born. Together, we’re helping start a movement that supports and encourages every mom to live a life that shines!

We love a few important things:

We love beauty. We believe in the potent power of beauty to transform lives.

We love moms. We believe moms are the most influential, powerful people in the world. We love finding moms with stories that inspire, and we love sharing those stories with the world.

We love finding the gold in every mom we meet. Each mom shines the most brightly when her specific gift and brilliance is called out.

We love teaming up with others to be the good in this world.

Meet the Team

Jen Vick

Jen Vick – Co-Founder

People person. Connector. Makeup Junkie. Mother of four.

Growing up in Minnesota, Jen spent her childhood dreaming of being a mom and helping others. Twenty years, one husband, and four kids later, her dreams are materializing in the form of ShineUP. With eight moves under her belt, Jen has gained a lot of experience in transforming tired homes into fresh, family-friendly spaces. A former makeup artist, stylist, event coordinator, and house flipper, Jen is passionate about revealing the beauty that is sometimes hidden within. She finds the gold in everyone, and is committed to growing a brand that encourages moms to embrace their gifts and become the best version of themselves.

Amy Hirsh

Amy Hirsh – Co-Founder

Encourager. Storyteller. Fashion Addict. Mother of three.

With a background in television hosting and personal styling, Amy brings a unique mix of storytelling and style to our team. Growing up in small town Indiana, she developed a love for writing (she can’t say the same for Math or Science) and decided journalism was the path to follow.  After college, she began a career in broadcast news working as a reporter/anchor in Green Bay and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Years later, she would leave the news business to pursue a new adventure in life…motherhood. After more than a decade of wiping noses, changing diapers and reading endless Dr. Seuss books, Amy took a part time job working as a stylist for busy moms…and that’s where she discovered a natural knack for making moms feel beautiful. As a cofounder of ShineUP,  her passion for helping moms feel recognized, encouraged and empowered is at the heart of our company.

Jessie Pasqua

Jessie Pasqua – Designer

Imaginative. Artistic. Hostess extraordinaire. Mother of three.

With her care-free and creative spirit, Jessie often drives those around her to think outside the box. She sees the world through the lense of her picturesque hometown- Orleans, Massachusetts (Cape Cod), where artistry and individuality are celebrated. Because of her years spent oceanside, Jessie brings coastal inspirations and natural textures into nearly every design. She also has a gift for making every home reflect the heart of its owner.  Before pursuing her own business, Jessie worked as an art teacher, and even lived for a time in Paris where she developed a love for design and architecture. In addition to her work as a ShineUP designer,  you can find her re-purposing antiques, painting and driving her kids to hockey practice. When time allows, she loves traveling, hunting for antiques, trying to cook and filling her home with laughter from family and friends.

Abbie Johnson

Abbie Johnson – Designer

Witty. Gritty. Giver of grace. Mother of four.

As the daughter of an interior designer, Abbie grew up in Florida where she developed an appreciation for beautiful surroundings at a very young age. Her earliest memories include glue guns, fabric swatches and macrame. In college, her nurturing nature led her to pursue a degree in nursing. She found herself drawn to helping moms in the delivery room…and thus a career in OB/GYN nursing was born. After crossing paths with a young doctor, Abbie soon added the roles of wife and mother to her resume. During her time at home with the kids, Abbie’s early love of interior design was reignited and she decided to pursue her own business.  Using color, architectural elements and on-trend accessories, Abbie’s designs always exude comfort, warmth and personality.  When she’s not beautifying spaces, you can find her on social media which she uses as a platform to share her often comical, crazy stories of motherhood.
